Founded in 1971, Jiangsu Rushi Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Rudong Petroleum Machinery Factory) has long been committed to the development and manufacture of drill pipe power tongs, casing power tongs, oil pipe power tongs and other wellhead tools and equipment for petroleum drilling and production. In recent years, the Company has shifted its main business to boiler membrane wall and intelligent drilling tools. The company has developed a wide variety of mechanized wellhead tools for oil drilling and production with a full set of models, including more than 50 series and more than 100 models including ZQ drill pipe power tong series, TQ casing power tong series, XSL swivel with spinners series, etc., which are sold to all major oil fields in China as well as Europe, America, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other regions. The Company is one of the major domestic research bases for power tongs for oil drilling and workover. The Company is a Tier 1 member unit of the oil drilling and production components and parts supplier network of CNPC, a member of Sinopec’s spare part resources market, a standing member of China Petroleum & Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association (CPEIA) and Vice Chairman of CPEIA Wellhead Equipment and Drilling & Extraction Tools Committee. The Company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries and two affiliates in which the Company has shares, covering many business fields such as the manufacture of drilling mud pumps and shield machine tool, petroleum equipment testing, network technology applications, etc. In July 2018, the Company was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotation (Stock Name: Rushi; Stock Code: 872888).
